RV Rental Discount Rebate

Save with our RV Rental Discount Rebate!

Here at Leisure 4 Rent, we are proud to offer RV rentals that are impeccably clean, and well maintained.

We want to be able continue our high standards of RV Rentals, that smell great, run smooth, and are trouble free, so  you can focus on enjoying your road trip.

Our RV Rental Discount Rebate is simple, and requires two things. First is to rent weekday-to-weekday, and second, follow the rules.

Step 1: Weekday to Weekday

Follow these booking rules:

  • When booking your rental, choose a weekday for pickup and a weekday for drop-off. Weekdays cannot be national holidays.
  • Pickup/departure must be between 12noon-3pm during business hours. We are regularly open Monday to Friday. Early pickup is available for an additional fee.
  • Drop-off/return must also be on a weekday during business hours.

Why does this matter? For one, the RV Rental Discount Rebate saves you money. Secondly, it saves us from pulling staff away from their hard earned weekends. We live the RV lifestyle, and encourage employees to weekend getaways like road trips, camping, or just relaxing. As well, departing and returning on weekdays, during business hours, means we have the entire staff on hand, should you have any questions regarding your rental. We service, customize, upgrade, and maintain motorhomes daily, so there’s no way we won’t have someone on staff that has the knowledge or experience you require.

Step 2: Follow the Rules

Abide by all the rules and policies. All of the rules below affect your security deposit.

  1. No smoking. Smoke permeates everything in an RV, which can lead to discoloration and odor. We want our units odor-free for the next renter.
  2. No Pets. We love our pets, but they can cause a lot of damage to the interior of the RV. Also, adults and children can be allergic to dog and cat hair.
Renter will be charged $100 if there is evidence that this rule was not followed.
  3. No festivals unless pre-arranged.
  4. Keep it Clean. The RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition, with no trash, sand or mud inside or out. If returned dirty renter will be charged $50 / Hour for cleaning.
  5. Dump tanks and Refill gas and propane. Renter must refill gas and propane tanks, as well as dump grey, black and fresh water tanks prior to returning to avoid additional fees, unless it has been pre-arranged for us to do this for you.
  6. Stay off the roof. RV roofs are high and a fall from that height can be hazardous. We want you to be safe, so please stay off the roof.
  7. Use RV Toilet Paper. Only use septic safe toilet paper in an RV. This is important, as using anything but, will most likely cause a clog. RV toilet paper breaks down faster then regular toilet paper, and is available in most Walmarts in the automotive/RV department. Renter will be charged extra for un-clogging tanks if this rule is not followed.
  8. 12-3pm Pickup. The RV is available for pick up between 12 pm-3 pm day of the rental.
  9. Home Essentials. The RV comes with pots, pans, cups, utensils, coffee pot, small charcoal bbq, and sheets (no blankets). These are free to use so you don’t spend lots of time packing up for trip. There will be a fee of $25 removed from deposit if dishes come back dirty.
  10. Bed Sheets. Sheets can be left on the beds and will be washed for free for the next renter. These motor homes are well maintained and will give many families great trips. We ask that you treat it with respect and make sure to return it in the same condition it was given to you.
  11. Awning Care. When using the awning(s), customer assumes all responsibility for it. Never leave it out when you’re not at the RV. Retract the awning as soon as it starts to get windy. After a heavy rain, and little to no wind, be sure to extend it fully to let it dry out. Not doing so may create mildew and affect your security deposit.
  12. Freezing Temperatures. If camping in below freezing temperatures, customer must use tank heaters to make sure tanks don’t freeze. Renter is responsible for any damage.
  13. Vehicle Warning Lights. Renter must notify owner if anything stops working during rental, must call owner asap if anything is wrong with the drive train or if check engine light comes on. Customer will be held responsible for any damages arising from misuse during rental.
